CONSPIRED to CONCEAL ITS MISCONDUCT (Exhibit 9) and to:

• Deceive the court and their client (Elia). (Exhibits 8, 9)
• Delay their client’s case for financial gain. (Exhibits 17, 18)
• Receive money unlawfully. (Exhibits 19, 26)
